About Talon Advocacy

Talon Advocacy is a legal practice offering an October 2026 Internship Programme for law students, with both online and offline internship tracks. As the firm puts it, a law degree teaches the law, while an internship teaches how to work with it.

About the Internship

The programme is open in two modes. The online internship is open to law students across India, irrespective of their year of study, and the offline internship is offered at the firm’s Head Office in Amritsar, Punjab, with only 2–3 offline interns to be selected.

The remote legal internship and the offline track both offer practical exposure to legal research, drafting, writing and litigation, giving interns real work experience beyond textbook learning.

Online Internship

This law internship online is open to all law students across India, irrespective of their year of study. During the legal internship online, interns will get an opportunity to work and learn in areas including:

• Legal research and case research.
• Legal articles and blog writing.
• Drafting notices, replies, petitions and other legal documents.
• Understanding practical legal procedures and documentation.
• Special online sessions on important legal topics.

Last date to apply for the online track: September 30, 2026. Interested candidates may comment “INTERESTED ONLINE” on the official recruitment listing, and the Google Form will be shared with them.

Offline Internship

A limited number of offline internship positions are available at the Head Office in Amritsar, Punjab. Selected interns will work closely with advocates and associates and gain practical exposure to:

• Court visits.
• Assisting in case handling.
• Legal and case research.
• Drafting and documentation.
• Case preparation and office work.
• Working alongside advocates and associates.

Last date to apply for the offline track: September 29, 2026. The offline internship will involve a selection process, and shortlisted candidates will be contacted for further confirmation.
