About the Opportunity
Sripat & Associates is offering a Legal Intern position for students pursuing an LL.B. or equivalent programme.
Selected interns will assist associates with legal research, drafting of pleadings and applications, preparation of case briefs and observation of proceedings before the Allahabad High Court and subordinate forums.
Eligibility Criteria
- Candidates must be currently pursuing an LL.B. or equivalent programme from a recognised institution.
- Candidates should have a strong command of legal theory.
- Candidates should possess strong analytical reasoning skills.
- Candidates should have precision in legal writing.
- Candidates should demonstrate professional ethics and academic proficiency.

Roles & Responsibilities
Jurisprudential Research
Interns will conduct detailed research on judicial precedents, statutory interpretations and regulatory developments.
Legal Drafting
Interns will assist in preparing and drafting Writ Petitions, Civil and Criminal Miscellaneous Applications, affidavits and comprehensive case briefs.
Litigation Support
Interns will provide support to associates in connection with ongoing legal matters and litigation.
Procedural Attendance
Interns will observe and document proceedings before the High Court of Judicature at Allahabad and various subordinate forums.
Perks

Selected interns will receive direct mentorship from senior counsel and exposure to complex legal matters within a structured professional environment.
