The firm is inviting applications for the position of Senior Associate – Litigation to lead litigation matters, supervise a team, and contribute to the firm’s strategic growth.
About the Opportunity
Thukral Law Associates is hiring a Senior Associate – Litigation for its New Delhi office. This leadership role is suited for an experienced advocate capable of independently managing litigation, appearing before the Delhi High Court, mentoring junior lawyers, and overseeing day-to-day litigation operations.
The selected candidate will work closely with the Principal Attorney while handling high-value litigation, client conferences, legal strategy, and courtroom advocacy.

Immediate joining is preferred.
Location
The position is based at Paschim Vihar, New Delhi.
Salary
The selected candidate will receive a salary ranging from ₹30,000 to ₹50,000 per month, depending on experience, capability, and performance during the selection process.

Eligibility Criteria
- Advocate with strong litigation experience and regular appearances before the Delhi High Court
- Excellent command of spoken and written English
- Exceptional courtroom advocacy and legal strategy skills
- Ability to independently handle drafting, arguments, client conferences, and case management
- Ability to supervise and mentor a team of 3–4 junior associates and interns
- Strong organisational, leadership, and decision-making abilities
- Professional, disciplined, and willing to assume long-term responsibility for the firm’s litigation practice
Roles & Responsibilities
Litigation
- Independently handle litigation matters.
- Regularly appear before the Delhi High Court and other forums.
- Present arguments and represent clients in court.
Drafting
- Draft pleadings and other legal documents.
- Prepare legal strategies and case-related documentation.
Client Advisory
- Conduct client conferences.
- Manage client relationships and provide legal advice.
Case Management
- Oversee case management from initiation to disposal.
- Coordinate litigation strategy and office operations.
Team Leadership
- Supervise and mentor a team of 3–4 junior associates and interns.
- Support the development of the firm’s litigation practice.
