Eligibility Criteria
Company Secretary
- Candidates should have at least one year of experience with a PCS Firm.
- Preference will be given to candidates who have undergone their junior ship or internship under a PCS.
- Preference will be given to candidates with at least one year of post-membership experience.
- Candidates should have exposure to compliances under the Companies Act, 2013, and LODR and ICDR under securities law.
CS cum Advocate
- Candidates should have at least one year of experience with a PCS Firm or Corporate Law Firm.
- Preference will be given to candidates with exposure to appearances before the NCLT and NCLAT.
- Preference will be given to candidates who have assisted or briefed advocates and arguing counsels in matters relating to corporate law and IBC.
CS Interns
- Two positions are available for CS Interns.
- Candidates should have passed the CS Professional level or be pursuing the professional level.
- Candidates will be involved in regulatory compliance, drafting, research, and case management.
Law Interns
- Two positions are available for Law Interns.
- Candidates should be in the fifth year or final year of an LL.B. course.
- Preference will be given to candidates with prior internship experience in a Corporate Law Firm or under an Insolvency Professional.
Practice Areas
The opportunities involve SEBI and securities law, corporate law, insolvency and bankruptcy law, intellectual property law, regulatory compliance, advisory, litigation, and dispute management.
Roles & Responsibilities
Corporate & Securities Compliance
- Assist with regulatory compliances under the Companies Act and securities law.
- Support compliance-related assignments involving corporate and securities regulations.
Legal Research & Drafting
- Conduct legal research relating to corporate law and IBC.
- Assist with drafting and research assignments.
- Support the preparation of legal documents and related materials.
Litigation & Case Management
- Assist with case management in corporate law and IBC matters.
- Support matters involving the NCLT and NCLAT where applicable.
- Assist and brief advocates and arguing counsels in relevant matters.
Advisory & Dispute Management
- Assist with corporate law and regulatory advisory assignments.
- Gain exposure to litigation and dispute management, including mediation, arbitration, and conciliation.
Intellectual Property
- Assist with matters relating to trademarks and copyright law.
