About the Call for Papers
The Editorial Board of the RMLNLU Journal invites original and unpublished manuscripts for Volume 18 addressing contemporary legal developments in energy regulation and sustainable development governance.
Rapid transitions in global energy systems have created new legal challenges involving climate obligations, renewable infrastructure expansion, technological innovation, and international cooperation frameworks. Legal scholarship plays a critical role in analysing these developments and supporting policy responses aligned with sustainability commitments and regulatory transformation.
This volume seeks contributions that examine evolving legal structures governing energy transition from domestic, comparative, and international perspectives. Authors are encouraged to engage with emerging institutional frameworks, regulatory innovations, and policy initiatives shaping sustainable development in the energy sector.
The journal particularly welcomes analytical and policy-oriented submissions that examine the intersection of environmental governance, technological change, and regulatory reform in both national and transnational contexts.
