The matters may involve proceedings before the Supreme Court, High Courts, NCLAT, NCLT, Sessions Courts, and other forums.
Drafting
Applicants must have the ability to draft:
- List of Dates
- Synopsis
- Factual Notes
- Legal Notes
Litigation Support
The intern will assist with research assignments involving complex and time-sensitive legal issues across regulatory, corporate, insolvency, anti-money laundering, anti-corruption, and patent disputes.
