About the Opportunity
Siddharth & Co. is offering a litigation internship for pre-final-year and final-year law students who are serious about building a career in litigation. The internship is intended to provide immersive and demanding exposure to litigation practice, including court proceedings, legal research, drafting, case management, and client coordination.
Duration
The internship will be for a period of 3 months.
Location
The internship will be based in Indore.
Stipend
Selected interns will receive a stipend of ₹5,000 per month.
Eligibility Criteria
- Candidates pursuing or having recently completed a Bachelor’s or Master’s degree may apply.
- An LL.B. qualification is preferred.
- Candidates should have strong attention to detail and organisational skills.
- Good written and verbal communication skills are required.
- Candidates should be proficient in MS Office, including Word, Excel, and PowerPoint.
- Candidates should be able to handle confidential information with professionalism and integrity.
- The opportunity is intended for pre-final-year and final-year law students interested in pursuing a career in litigation.

Roles & Responsibilities
Court Proceedings
Interns will appear before courts and assist with day-to-day court proceedings.
Legal Research and Case Analysis
Selected candidates will conduct in-depth legal research and assist with case analysis.
Drafting
Interns will assist in drafting pleadings, applications, affidavits, and written submissions.
Litigation Support
Interns will brief and assist senior lawyers during hearings and trials.
Case Management
The role will involve managing case files, documentation, and court filings.
Client and Court Coordination
Interns will liaise with clients, court staff, and other advocates as part of their practical litigation work.
