About the Opportunity
The internship is intended to provide law students with practical exposure to litigation and opportunities to develop skills in legal drafting, research, and court practice.
Interns will work across matters handled by the firm in its practice areas, including civil, commercial, arbitration, family, and labour matters.
Duration
The internship will be conducted for one month, from September 1, 2026, to September 30, 2026.

The internship will be conducted in physical mode.

The internship will be based at Equity Law Partners’ office in Jangpura, New Delhi.

Eligibility Criteria
- Law students in the 3rd year and above of a 5-year law course are eligible to apply.
- Law students in the 2nd year and above of a 3-year law course are eligible to apply.
Roles & Responsibilities
Legal Research
Interns will have the opportunity to develop practical legal research skills through work relating to the firm’s litigation matters.
Drafting
The internship will provide exposure to legal drafting and opportunities to develop drafting skills.
Litigation Support
Interns will gain practical exposure to litigation and court practice as part of their internship with the firm.
