About Sitwat Nabi
Sitwat Nabi is an advocate enrolled with the Bar Council of Delhi. Her practice includes civil, commercial and criminal litigation before the Supreme Court of India, the Delhi High Court, and various tribunals and forums. She is a registered Trademark Attorney and handles intellectual property services, brand protection and trademark prosecution for clients across India.
The internship offers students an opportunity to develop their interest in litigation and commercial disputes within a professional office setting. The preferred experience described for applicants includes drafting and filing petitions or applications and an interest in commercial matters.

Eligibility Criteria
Law students in the third year or above may apply.
Preferred Experience and Interests
- Knowledge of or prior experience in drafting and filing petitions or applications before the Supreme Court, High Courts, District Courts or other tribunals is preferred.
- Candidates with an interest in litigation, commercial matters and commercial disputes are encouraged to apply.
