About the Opportunity
The Legal Intern, Founder’s Office will work closely with the Founder and legal team. The internship offers exposure to the lifecycle of a legal mandate, from research and strategy through client interaction, execution and delivery.

The role is intended for students who want to understand how lawyers identify the issues behind a mandate, engage with clients and develop practical legal solutions. Selected interns will also learn about the commercial context surrounding legal questions through preparation for meetings and participation in selected calls.

Eligibility Criteria
Law students seeking practical exposure to legal mandates, client interaction and the work of a Founder’s Office may apply.
Roles & Responsibilities
- Conduct legal research and case analysis.
- Draft notes, briefs and supporting documents.
- Assist on disputes, commercial and regulatory mandates.
- Prepare for client meetings and discussions.
- Join selected client calls to understand the commercial context of legal issues.
- Research companies, industries and developments relevant to ongoing matters.
- Assist with presentations, proposals and mandate preparation when required.
