About the Conference

It aims to foster interdisciplinary dialogue on organ transplantation law in India and the wider ethical, medical, constitutional and institutional dimensions of the subject. Researchers and scholars are invited to submit abstracts and contribute to an academic discussion aimed at reimagining a transparent, equitable and efficient organ transplantation regime in the country. The call for papers on organ transplantation welcomes legal and medical perspectives alongside academic research, and the conference will consider the subject across professional and institutional dimensions.
