About the Opportunity

MK Jurix Advisory Pvt. Ltd. is looking for a motivated and dedicated Legal Intern to join its team in Noida. It is a corporate law internship with research work on Company Law, Corporate Law, SEBI Regulations and Legal Compliance, and one of the useful legal internship opportunities with a stipend.

Roles & Responsibilities

• Assist with legal research and case-law research.
• Draft and review legal notices, letters, applications, and other legal documents.

• Assist the legal team with day-to-day legal assignments.
• Maintain proper records and documentation.
• Conduct research relating to Company Law, Corporate Law, SEBI Regulations, and Legal Compliance.

The MK Jurix Advisory legal internship will be based at the company’s office in Sector 63, Noida, as a full-time role.

Duration

The internship will run for a duration of 6 months.

Stipend
