About the Opportunity

The Junior Transactional Attorney role is designed for early-career lawyers with transactional experience. Selected contractors will contribute to contract review and redlining workflows used to train and evaluate AI models. The work focuses on improving how these systems recognise risk, interpret contract language and apply legal judgment.

Eligibility Criteria

• One to three years of transactional experience in-house or at a law firm, including exposure to master services agreements (MSAs) and non-disclosure agreements (NDAs).
• Foundational skills in contract drafting, review and redlining.
• Excellent written and verbal communication, with close attention to detail.
• Strong analytical skills and the ability to turn legal knowledge into practical feedback for AI systems.
• Interest in legal technology and the ability to collaborate across disciplines in a fast-paced setting.

Preferred Qualifications

• Prior exposure to AI, legal technology or training initiatives.
• Experience or internships at a corporate law firm, preferably involving mergers and acquisitions or fund formation.

Roles & Responsibilities

• Assess AI responses to contract scenarios and provide feedback to improve accuracy and precision.
• Use objective evaluation frameworks and grading criteria to assess performance consistently.
• Work with product and research teams to refine training data, guidelines and contract review practices.
