Location
The internship will be based at the Andheri East office in Mumbai.
Roles & Responsibilities
The key responsibilities for the role include:
- Assisting in preparing and maintaining corporate records, including minutes of meetings, resolutions, and statutory registers.
- Supporting the compliance team in ensuring adherence to corporate governance standards and regulatory requirements.
- Preparing and filing necessary documentation with regulatory authorities.
- Assisting in organising and documenting board meetings, including preparing agendas, taking minutes, and tracking action items.
- Collaborating with legal and financial teams to ensure accurate and timely reporting.
- Staying updated on changes in laws and regulations affecting the company.
- Providing support to the Company Secretary in various projects and administrative tasks as needed.
Eligibility Criteria
The requirements for the role are as follows:
- CS Professional cleared.
- CS Executive cleared (for Mumbai locals only).
