About the Opportunity
A Tier-1 Law Firm is inviting applications for the position of Litigation Associate. The role is based in Pune and is open to candidates with two to eight years of post-qualification experience.
The selected candidates will be expected to handle litigation matters and should have prior experience appearing before a High Court.
Location
The position is based in Pune.
Eligibility Criteria
- Candidates must have 2–8 years of post-qualification experience (PQE).
- Candidates must have experience appearing before a High Court.
- Experience before any of the following High Courts will be considered: Bombay, Delhi, Madras (Chennai), Karnataka (Bengaluru), or Kerala (Cochin).
- High Court exposure is mandatory.
Roles & Responsibilities
Litigation
- Represent and assist in litigation matters before the appropriate courts.
- Handle matters requiring High Court litigation experience.
Case Management
- Work on litigation matters assigned by the firm.
- Coordinate with the litigation team in handling ongoing cases.
