About the Opportunity
Legal Parth Associates is inviting applications for four Legal Trainee positions. The traineeship is designed for law graduates and final semester LL.B. students interested in banking laws and financial dispute resolution.
Selected candidates will work on client counselling, legal drafting, banking law research, SARFAESI matters, and loan settlement-related assignments. Outstanding performers may be considered for a Permanent Legal Associate position based on their performance during the traineeship.
Number of Positions
There are four Legal Trainee positions available.
Duration
The traineeship will be for a period of two months.
Stipend
Selected trainees will receive a stipend of ₹10,000 during the traineeship.

Eligibility Criteria
- Law Graduates (2025 batch preferred) or final semester LL.B. students.
- Candidates should have an interest in Banking Laws, RBI Regulations, and SARFAESI.
- Applicants should possess strong communication and legal drafting skills.
- Candidates should have a client-facing aptitude.
- Immediate joiners will be preferred.
Roles & Responsibilities
Client Counselling
- Conduct client counselling and preliminary case evaluation.
Drafting
- Draft legal notices, replies, and legal representations.
Banking & Finance Practice
- Assist in loan settlement and loan arbitration matters.
- Prepare SARFAESI documentation and ensure compliance.
- Prepare complaints before the RBI and the Banking Ombudsman.
Legal Research
- Conduct legal research on banking laws and RBI circulars.
