About the Opportunity
Zypp Electric is inviting applications for two Legal Intern positions in its in-house legal team in Gurgaon. The internship will provide exposure to corporate, regulatory, and compliance matters within a startup environment.

Two Legal Intern positions are available.
Duration
The internship will be from September 2026 to October 2026.

The internship will be conducted in physical mode.
Location
The internship will be based in Gurgaon.
Eligibility Criteria
- Immediate joiners.
- Law students in their 3rd to 5th year with an interest in corporate law.
- Strong contract drafting, legal research, and analytical skills.
- Detail-oriented, proactive, and eager to learn in a fast-paced startup environment.
Roles & Responsibilities
Legal Research and Drafting
- Conducting legal research on corporate, regulatory, and compliance matters.
- Drafting and reviewing contracts, agreements, and legal documents.
Case Management
- Maintaining and organising legal records and documentation.
- Coordinating with internal teams on legal requirements.
Compliance
- Supporting compliance tracking and regulatory filings.
