About the Opportunity
TriAxis Law Partners is seeking motivated law students for a Legal Intern position. Interns will work closely with advocates and gain practical exposure to diverse legal matters, litigation and dispute resolution.
The internship will involve legal research, drafting, case file management and observing client conferences, court proceedings and legal strategy discussions.
Mode
The internship will be conducted on-site.
Location
The internship will be based in Mumbai.
Eligibility Criteria
- Students currently pursuing an LL.B. or equivalent law degree.
- Strong legal research and analytical abilities.
- Good drafting and written communication skills.
- High attention to detail and organisational skills.
- Professional and proactive approach, with a commitment to maintaining confidentiality.
- Ability to work on-site in Mumbai for the full duration of the internship.
Roles & Responsibilities
Legal Research
- Conduct research on case laws, statutes and regulatory frameworks.
Drafting
- Assist in drafting legal documents, pleadings, notes and case summaries.
Case Management
- Support case file management and document organisation.
Litigation Support
- Observe client conferences and court proceedings.
- Participate in legal strategy discussions.
- Work closely with advocates throughout the internship.
