The role does not involve litigation or court work and focuses on mediation, arbitration and dispute resolution.

The training and internship period consists of 35 days of training.

Stipend

Legal Rights and Client Resolution

Mediation and Arbitration
Candidates will assist with mediation, arbitration and settlement discussions while developing practical dispute-resolution skills.
Client Communication
The role includes supporting client onboarding, retention and communication.
Negotiation
Candidates will gain hands-on experience in negotiation and dispute-resolution processes.
