About the Opportunity
RSA Law Consultants is inviting applications for offline legal internships for October, November and December 2026. The internship will provide exposure to corporate and commercial litigation, arbitration and insolvency matters before the NCLT, NCLAT and Delhi High Court, along with corporate advisory work.
Mode
The internship will be conducted in offline mode.
Location
The internship will be based at Defence Colony, New Delhi.
Start Date
Internships are available during October, November and December 2026.
Practice Areas
The internship will cover:
- Corporate and Commercial Litigation
- Arbitration
- Insolvency
- Corporate Advisory
Eligibility Criteria
- Students in the 3rd, 4th or 5th year of a 5-year law course may apply.
- Students in the final year of a 3-year law course may apply.
- Candidates should have strong research and drafting skills.
- Prior internship experience in similar areas will be an added advantage.
Roles & Responsibilities
Litigation Support
Interns will gain exposure to corporate and commercial litigation matters before the NCLT, NCLAT and Delhi High Court.
Legal Research
The internship requires strong legal research skills and will provide exposure to research relating to litigation, arbitration, insolvency and corporate advisory matters.
Drafting
Candidates are expected to have exposure to drafting as part of the internship requirements.
Corporate Advisory
Interns will receive exposure to corporate advisory work.
