About the Opportunity
Lexmish Advocates is looking for a proactive Legal Intern who is interested in learning litigation through hands-on involvement in live matters. Selected interns will work directly with the practice and gain exposure to different stages of a case, from initial client consultations to courtroom proceedings.
The internship will provide practical experience across litigation, corporate and commercial matters, legal research, case preparation, drafting, and court visits.

The internship will be conducted in-office.
Location
The internship will be based near Dwarka, Delhi.

Roles & Responsibilities
Legal Research and Case Preparation
Interns will assist with legal research and case preparation across live matters.
Drafting
Selected interns will receive exposure to drafting pleadings, notices, and agreements.
Litigation Support
Interns will work on live matters and gain an understanding of how cases progress from initial client consultation to courtroom proceedings.
Court Visits
The internship will provide opportunities to attend court and gain first-hand exposure to hearings.
Client and Matter Exposure
Interns will work directly with the practice and gain practical insight into client consultations and the handling of live legal matters.
