Ace Lex – Advocates & Solicitors is a litigation-focused law firm based in Shalimar Bagh, North Delhi.
The firm handles civil and commercial litigation before the Delhi High Court, NCLT, DRT and District Courts, as well as arbitration proceedings. Its practice also covers corporate matters, legal due diligence, and commercial and regulatory litigation.
About the Opportunity
Ace Lex – Advocates & Solicitors is inviting applications from law students seeking hands-on exposure to litigation and corporate advisory practice.
Interns will work closely with the firm’s team on live matters and gain practical exposure to courtroom work, legal drafting, research, case preparation, client-facing engagements and ongoing legal matters.
Number of Positions
The firm is looking for two interns per month.
Duration
The internship is for at least four weeks.
Available starting dates are:
- September 1, 2026
- October 1, 2026
- November 1, 2026
- December 1, 2026
Mode
The internship will be conducted offline on a full-time basis.
Location
The internship will be based in Shalimar Bagh, North Delhi.
Working Hours
The working hours are 10:00 AM to 6:00 PM.
Stipend
The stipend will be performance-based.
Eligibility Criteria
- Law students currently in their 3rd, 4th or 5th year.
- Candidates must be available for a full-time, in-office internship.
Roles & Responsibilities
Legal Research
Interns will assist with legal research relating to ongoing matters.
Drafting
Interns will assist with legal drafting.
Case Management
Interns will assist with case preparation and ongoing legal matters.
Litigation Support
Interns will gain exposure to civil and commercial litigation, including matters before the Delhi High Court, NCLT, DRT and District Courts, as well as arbitration proceedings.
Corporate Advisory
Interns will receive exposure to corporate advisory, legal due diligence, commercial and regulatory litigation, and client-facing engagements under the mentorship of experienced practitioners.
