About the Opportunity
DrinkPrime is hiring a full-time Legal Executive for its Bangalore office. The selected candidate will work closely with the company’s Legal & Compliance team, handling commercial contracts, regulatory compliance, corporate governance, legal research, and coordination with external counsel.
The role provides an opportunity to gain experience across multiple aspects of in-house legal practice, including contract management, compliance, and dispute support.
Experience
The position is open to candidates with 0–3 years of experience.
Location
The position is based in Bangalore. Candidates based in Bangalore or willing to relocate are eligible to apply.
Eligibility Criteria
- LL.B., BA LL.B., BBA LL.B., or an equivalent law degree.
- Sound understanding of Indian contract and corporate law.
- Strong drafting and legal research skills.
- Ability to manage multiple priorities independently.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
Roles & Responsibilities
Contract Drafting
- Draft, review, and negotiate commercial contracts, non-disclosure agreements (NDAs), and vendor agreements.
Compliance
- Support legal compliance relating to regulatory filings and corporate governance.
Litigation & External Counsel Coordination
- Coordinate with external counsel regarding legal notices, disputes, and registrations.
Legal Research
- Conduct legal research to support business decisions and provide legal guidance.
