About the Opportunity
BillCut is looking for a Legal Associate Intern to join its core team. The intern will work on legal matters involving partner contracts, regulatory compliance, customer grievance redressal, and research relating to banking and related laws.
The role offers direct exposure to the core legal team and involves legal challenges connected with fintech and AI.
Eligibility Criteria
- Penultimate or final-year law students.
- Interest in Fintech, Banking or Corporate Law.
- Proactive and fast-paced mindset.
- Good communication skills.
Roles & Responsibilities
Legal Research
The intern will conduct research on banking and related laws.
Drafting
The intern will assist with drafting and vetting partner contracts.
Compliance
The intern will work on compliance checks relating to RBI requirements, the DPDP Act, IT Act and TRAI.
Customer Grievance Redressal
The intern will contribute to refining customer grievance redressal processes.
