The office regularly represents clients in regulatory and tribunal-based proceedings while also assisting in drafting pleadings, preparing legal submissions, and conducting research on statutory frameworks governing specialised dispute forums. Associates working with the chamber are exposed to structured litigation workflows involving case preparation, court appearances support, and procedural compliance requirements across multiple forums.
Through involvement in matters spanning regulatory litigation and tribunal practice, selected candidates gain familiarity with documentation processes, research responsibilities, and drafting requirements associated with professional chamber practice.
About the Opportunity
The Legal Associate role at Deenis Law Chamber is intended to provide exposure to litigation practice before the Bombay High Court and specialised tribunals including forums dealing with insolvency, intellectual property, customs, and regulatory disputes. Selected candidates may assist in preparation of pleadings, compilation of case materials, and research relating to statutory provisions and judicial precedents relevant to ongoing matters handled by the chamber.
Associates may also support drafting of submissions and applications, coordinate documentation required for tribunal proceedings, and assist with research connected to regulatory frameworks governing securities and company law disputes. Exposure to multi-domain litigation work enables candidates to understand procedural requirements across different adjudicatory bodies.

Eligibility Criteria
Candidates holding an LL.B. degree are eligible to apply for this position. Freshers as well as candidates with prior litigation experience may apply. Applicants are expected to possess strong research and drafting skills along with the ability to handle assignments across multiple areas of legal practice. Prior courtroom exposure may be preferred.
