Interns will support transactions and help modernize Lambda’s contract processes. Projects may include drafting an NDA and vendor-agreement triage playbook with escalation paths; building an annotated library of contract clauses and templates; testing an AI-assisted intake workflow that prepares first-pass issue summaries for counsel; drafting responses to routine negotiation requests; and helping onboard a contract lifecycle management platform. The role combines legal analysis and writing with practical workflow design for an in-house legal team.
