About the Opportunity
K&G TechLaw Partners is inviting applications for the position of Legal Associate for its Delhi/Hybrid team, with a focus on Corporate & Commercial Law. The position is full-time and requires a minimum of two years of relevant experience, and the selected candidate will work on commercial contracting, corporate advisory and regulatory compliance matters for the firm’s clients.

The position is based in Delhi, with a hybrid working arrangement.

Eligibility Criteria
- A minimum of 2+ years of relevant experience in Corporate & Commercial Law.
- Strong understanding of corporate and commercial laws.
- Excellent drafting and contract-review skills.
- Strong legal research and analytical abilities.
- Good communication and client-handling skills.
- Ability to work independently and manage multiple assignments.
Roles & Responsibilities
- Drafting, reviewing and vetting commercial contracts.
- Conducting legal research on corporate and commercial matters.
- Advising on regulatory and compliance requirements.
- Supporting corporate and commercial legal matters.
- Reviewing and analysing contractual and legal risks.
- Assisting with client-related legal assignments.
- Managing multiple legal assignments independently.
Preferred Experience
Preferred experience includes contract drafting, review and vetting, legal research, and regulatory compliance. Industry exposure in the following sectors will be preferred: Pharma, Healthcare, Life Sciences, IT and related sectors.
