KAnalysis provides legal services and is seeking an ambitious and organised intern to work closely with its legal team on research and development of resources related to its services.
The internship provides exposure to legal research, drafting, and content creation, along with an understanding of techniques used in legal research and content-related work.
About the Opportunity
Selected interns will assist the legal team with research, content writing, documentation, proofreading, and smaller projects assigned by associates. Interns may also observe and participate in firm events, client meetings, and outreach activities as required.
The organisation may consider suitable candidates for full-time employment after the internship.

The office timings are Monday to Friday, from 10:00 AM to 6:30 PM.

Eligibility Criteria
- Students in the 2nd or 3rd year of a three-year LL.B. programme are eligible.
- Students in the 3rd, 4th or 5th year of a five-year LL.B. programme are eligible.
- Candidates must be available for a full-time, in-office internship.
- Applicants must be available for at least one month.
- Candidates should have a solid understanding of various legal research techniques.
- Familiarity with legal research tools and applications is required.
- Candidates should have a strong desire to learn and professional drive.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills are required.
- Candidates should be proficient in MS Office.
Roles & Responsibilities
Legal Research & Support
- Assist teams with legal work, research, and content writing as required.
- Research documents and publications for details as instructed by the team.
- Conduct legal research and prepare case summaries and recommendations.
- Support smaller projects assigned by associates responsible for providing legal support.
Drafting & Content Creation
- Assist with legal content writing and related assignments.
- Proofread documents and articles.
- Submit documents and articles to associates for review.
Events & Client Interaction
- Observe and participate in firm events, client meetings, and outreach activities as and when required.
