About the Opportunity
SM HR NEXUS is hiring Junior HR Executives/Interns to manage core HR operations end-to-end. The role covers recruitment, onboarding and exit formalities, employee documentation, payroll, statutory compliance, employee engagement, grievance handling, training, audits, and HR reporting.

Eligibility Criteria
- Male candidates may apply.
- Candidates with 0–5 years of experience may apply.
- Graduation or Post Graduation in HR, Business Administration, or a related field.
- Knowledge of recruitment, payroll, statutory compliance, and HR operations.
- Strong communication and organizational skills.
- Strong MS Office skills.
- Ability to manage multiple HR functions with accuracy and confidentiality.
Roles & Responsibilities
Recruitment & Onboarding
- Manage end-to-end recruitment.
- Handle onboarding and exit formalities.
HR Operations
- Maintain employee files and HR documentation.
- Maintain biometric attendance records.
- Prepare HR reports and maintain accurate employee records.
Payroll & Compliance
- Process payroll.
- Support statutory compliance relating to PF, ESI, Bonus Act, and Labour Laws.
- Ensure HR legal compliance.
- Assist with retirement benefit processes.
Employee Relations
- Drive employee engagement.
- Handle employee grievances.
- Assist with training activities.
HR Audits
- Assist with HR audits and ensure accurate maintenance of employee records and documentation.
