The chamber handles matters involving court appearances, drafting responsibilities, tribunal practice, and coordination of litigation work across different forums. The practice includes procedural and substantive litigation assignments requiring research assistance, document preparation, and case management support.
Associates working with the chamber gain exposure to litigation workflows across trial courts, tribunals, and High Court proceedings while assisting in daily chamber-related responsibilities connected with active matters.
About the Job
The Junior Associate position involves assisting in litigation-related work across courts and tribunals handled by the chamber. Selected candidates will be expected to conduct legal research, prepare drafts for court filings, and assist in handling matters listed before the Delhi High Court, District Courts, Central Administrative Tribunal, and Labour Courts.
The role also includes supporting day-to-day chamber operations, coordinating with clients, and assisting in preparation of pleadings, applications, and supporting documentation required for litigation proceedings. The position provides exposure to courtroom processes and procedural aspects of litigation practice across multiple jurisdictions.
Eligibility Criteria
Candidates who have completed an LL.B. degree and are applying as fresh graduates are eligible for the position. Applicants should possess strong legal research, drafting, and analytical skills along with demonstrated interest in litigation practice and courtroom procedures.

Stipend
