The firm was founded by Shubham Saigal and Siddharth Jain, both Advocates-on-Record at the Supreme Court of India. Its work spans domestic and international arbitrations, insolvency and debt recovery, property disputes, banking laws, service law, matrimonial matters, consumer protection, cheque dishonour and white-collar cases.
About the Opportunity
Jain & Saigal Law Offices is looking to bring on board four interns for its litigation practice. Interns will be in court with the team and receive hands-on exposure to drafting, research and client meetings, and, depending on their year of study, domestic and international commercial arbitrations.
The work is diverse, covering live litigation matters alongside legal research and the drafting of opinions and agreements, giving interns practical exposure to the workings of a litigation practice.
Number of Positions
The firm is hiring four interns across the following categories:
- Two (2) interns — 5th year (5-year course) / 3rd year (3-year course)
- One (1) intern — 3rd/4th year (5-year course) / 2nd year (3-year course)
- One (1) intern — 1st/2nd year (5-year course) / 1st year (3-year course)
Stipend
The stipend will depend on performance.
Eligibility Criteria
- Self-driven, hardworking and eager-to-learn law students.
- Students from the 1st to 5th year of a 5-year LL.B. course or the 1st to 3rd year of a 3-year LL.B. course, as per the position applied for.
