About the Opportunity
HK Law & Advisory is inviting applications for a Legal Intern to assist with ongoing legal work. The selected intern will gain practical exposure to legal research, contract drafting and review, commercial and corporate matters, intellectual property, regulatory and compliance research, and legal documentation.
The role is suited to candidates who are dedicated, detail-oriented, willing to learn, and capable of taking ownership of assigned work.
Duration
The internship will be for a period of one month.
Mode
The internship will be conducted remotely.
Working Hours
The intern will be required to work for 4–5 hours per day, from Monday to Friday. Occasional Saturdays may be required depending on the work.
Stipend
The internship is paid.

Roles & Responsibilities
Legal Research
The intern will assist with legal research relating to ongoing matters and regulatory and compliance requirements.
Drafting and Contract Review
The intern will receive practical exposure to contract drafting and review, along with preparation and handling of legal documentation.
Corporate Advisory
The role will involve exposure to commercial and corporate matters handled as part of the organisation’s ongoing legal work.
Intellectual Property
The intern may assist with work relating to intellectual property matters.
