About the Opportunity
MSM Legal is inviting applications from enthusiastic and dedicated candidates who have passed the CS Executive or CS Professional examinations and are interested in developing practical experience in corporate and legal practice.
The role will provide exposure to Companies Act, 2013 compliances, ROC filings, corporate secretarial matters, NCLT and NCLAT proceedings, insolvency and bankruptcy matters, corporate litigation, legal drafting, due diligence, documentation and advisory work.
Location
The internship will be based in Ahmedabad, Gujarat.
Stipend
The stipend will be competitive and above the norms prescribed by ICSI.

Eligibility Criteria
- Candidates who have passed the CS Executive examination are eligible to apply.
- Candidates who have passed the CS Professional examination are eligible to apply.
- Candidates should be interested in corporate and legal practice.
Roles & Responsibilities
Corporate Compliance
The intern will gain practical exposure to compliances under the Companies Act, 2013 and related corporate secretarial matters.
ROC Filings
The role will involve exposure to ROC filings and other corporate secretarial work.
NCLT & NCLAT Matters
Selected candidates will receive practical exposure to matters before the National Company Law Tribunal (NCLT) and National Company Law Appellate Tribunal (NCLAT).
Insolvency & Bankruptcy
The internship will provide exposure to matters arising under the Insolvency and Bankruptcy Code (IBC).
Corporate Litigation & Legal Drafting
The role will include exposure to corporate litigation and legal drafting.
Due Diligence & Advisory
Candidates will gain practical experience in due diligence, documentation and corporate legal advisory.
