Roles & Responsibilities
Legal Research
- Conduct legal research on matters involving commercial disputes, litigation, arbitration, and regulatory issues.
- Analyse statutes, judicial precedents, and legal developments.
Drafting & Documentation
- Assist in preparing legal drafts, case notes, briefs, and research memoranda.
- Support lawyers in drafting submissions and legal documentation.
Litigation & Dispute Resolution
- Assist in matter preparation and case strategy discussions.
- Support litigation and dispute resolution teams on ongoing matters.
- Observe and assist with court and tribunal-related work.
Corporate Advisory Support
- Assist in research and documentation relating to corporate and commercial matters.
- Support advisory assignments and client-related work.
Court & Matter Management
- Attend court proceedings where required.
- Assist with briefing, filing, and matter management activities.
