About the Opportunity
Chambers of Adv. Tanuj Uppal is looking for a driven 4th or 5th year law student to join the practice as a remote legal intern. It is a legal internship for law students who take ownership, write well and can be trusted with sensitive matters, and it is one of the few legal internship opportunities that is completely work from home.
As a law internship online, the role offers real drafting experience that goes beyond textbook learning, and interns will gain litigation experience across multiple areas of law.

Roles & Responsibilities
- Drafting of suits, applications and pleadings.
- Preparing police complaints and related documentation.
- Working on matters involving Immigration Fraud, the Negotiable Instruments Act (NI Act), matrimonial disputes and summary suits.
- Legal research and case documentation support.
Eligibility Criteria
- Currently in the 4th or 5th year of law school.
- Excellent legal drafting and writing skills.
- Strong research ability and attention to detail.
- High level of integrity and discretion, as the intern would be handling confidential client information and case data.
- Ability to work independently and meet deadlines in a remote setup.
