About the Opportunity

The CREA3 Final Conference on Digital Family Justice will bring together researchers, legal practitioners, judges, policymakers, technology experts, and civil society representatives to discuss digital innovation and access to justice in Europe.

The conference will explore issues including predictive justice, AI-assisted decision-making, blockchain, electronic signatures, EU digital judicial cooperation, human-centred AI, procedural fairness, fundamental rights, digital inclusion, and accessibility for vulnerable users.

Early-career researchers are particularly encouraged to submit. Accepted papers will be considered for a special issue in the European Journal of Privacy Law & Technologies.

The conference will be held on September 24 and 25, 2026.

The conference will take place in Naples, Italy.

Deadline

Applicants are requested to submit their 500-word abstracts by August 31, 2026. The deadline is not binding, but applicants are asked to adhere to it as far as possible.
