The Centre for Competition Law & Policy is associated with the National University of Advanced Legal Studies, Kochi. The centre accepts original manuscripts for publication on its blog, subject to the scope and editorial standards set out in its submission guidelines.

About the Call for Blog Submissions

CCLP is accepting manuscripts that examine issues within the field of competition law. Submissions are open throughout the year, and authors should ensure that their work falls within the scope of the blog before submitting.

Scope of Submission

Manuscripts must relate to competition law and should be prepared as original analytical contributions suitable for publication on the CCLP Blog.

Submission Guidelines

• The manuscript must be between 1,500 and 1,800 words.
• The title must not exceed 10 words.
• Authors should use hyperlinks for citations or footnote using the Bluebook 21st edition, where necessary.
• The manuscript should use Times New Roman, 12-point font and 1.5 line spacing.
• Submissions must be made in .docx format. PDF submissions are not accepted.
• Co-authorship by up to two authors is permitted.

Originality and Review

• Submissions must be original and must not have been published or be under consideration elsewhere.
• All submissions are subject to plagiarism and AI checks.
• The maximum plagiarism permitted is 10%.
• The Editorial Board reserves the right to reject a manuscript that is unoriginal or does not meet its standards.
• CCLP reserves all rights over accepted submissions.

Interested authors may submit their competition-law blog manuscripts through the following Google Form. Submissions are accepted on a rolling basis throughout the year.

Authors should submit the manuscript in .docx format and ensure that it follows the word-count, title, citation, formatting, originality and co-authorship requirements before submission.
