CCADR is inviting scholarly contributions for Volume I of the CCADR Journal for Alternate Dispute Resolution.

About the Opportunity

CCADR has invited abstract submissions for Volume I of the CCADR Journal for Alternate Dispute Resolution on the theme “Navigating the Expanding Role of Mediation and Arbitration in Dispute Resolution.”

The journal welcomes original scholarly contributions examining contemporary developments in mediation and arbitration. The listed themes are indicative and non-exhaustive, and contributors may submit work addressing related or emerging issues.

Authors whose abstracts are selected will subsequently be invited to submit the final manuscript.

Submission Requirements

Abstracts must be between 250 and 500 words and must be accompanied by five keywords.

A maximum of two authors is permitted per manuscript.

Themes

Submissions may address areas including:

  • International Commercial Arbitration
  • Investment Arbitration
  • Finality of Awards
  • Policy and Regulatory Developments in Mediation
  • Technology, AI and Online Dispute Resolution

The themes are indicative and non-exhaustive.

Eligibility Criteria

  • Academicians may submit contributions.
  • Scholars may submit contributions.
  • Practitioners may submit contributions.
  • Students may submit contributions.
  • Submissions should present original scholarly work relevant to the theme or related emerging issues in alternative dispute resolution.

The deadline for abstract submission is October 15, 2026, at 11:59 PM.
