The Journal of Intellectual Property Studies (JIPS) is a peer-reviewed academic journal published under the aegis of National Law University, Jodhpur. Bearing ISSN No. 2583-5297, the Journal serves as a platform for scholarly discourse on intellectual property law and allied fields, including media and technology law.

JIPS follows a rigorous double-blind peer review process conducted by a dedicated Board of Peer Reviewers under the guidance of faculty editors and the student editorial team. About the Call for Papers

The Board of Editors of JIPS is inviting original and unpublished manuscripts for publication in Volume X, Issue 2 of the Journal. Submissions must relate to intellectual property law or allied disciplines such as media law, technology law, innovation law, and related regulatory frameworks.
