Avesta Partners LLP is inviting applications from law students interested in litigation, banking, insurance, commercial laws, and dispute resolution.

Interns will assist the legal team with research, drafting, court appearances, and day-to-day litigation and legal assignments.

Eligibility Criteria

• Law students with a keen interest in litigation, banking, insurance and commercial laws, and dispute resolution.
• Strong legal research and drafting skills.
• Good understanding of basic legal principles and procedural laws.
• Keen interest in litigation and dispute resolution.
• Attention to detail and willingness to learn.
• Ability to work independently as well as as part of a team.

Roles & Responsibilities

Legal Research

• Conduct legal research on matters handled by the firm.
• Assist the team with research relating to litigation and commercial legal assignments.

Drafting

• Assist with legal drafting as required by the team.
• Support the preparation of documents for ongoing legal matters.

Litigation Support

• Assist in court appearances.
• Support the team in day-to-day litigation assignments.
• Assist with other legal work relating to civil and commercial matters.
