About the Opportunity

Legal Eagle Recruiting is inviting applications for Assessment Interns for a period of six months. The role involves supporting legal recruitment and talent mapping activities while working from the organisation’s office in CR Park, New Delhi.

Selected interns will work on legal profile sourcing, community and data management, communication with law firms and chambers, business development, and content and media initiatives. The internship also provides exposure to recruitment processes, professional networking, operational management, and client relations.

Duration

The internship will be for a period of six months.

Mode

The internship will be conducted from the organisation’s office.

Location

The internship will be based in CR Park, New Delhi.

Working Hours

The working schedule will be Monday to Friday from 11:00 AM to 6:00 PM. Saturday will be a half day, and Sunday will be an off day.

Stipend

The interns will receive a stipend of INR 7,500 per month.

Roles & Responsibilities

Talent Mapping

• Source and map legal profiles on LinkedIn for lateral recruitment and internship opportunities.
• Assist with building and maintaining legal talent pipelines.

Community & Data Management

• Assist in managing a legal WhatsApp community of more than 13,000 members.
• Handle data segregation and organisation.

Outreach & Communication

• Manage and classify emails.
• Coordinate with law firms and chambers.
• Assist in professional communication with legal industry stakeholders.

Business Development

• Network with law firm partners and MNC executives.
• Support business development initiatives and client relations.

Content & Media

• Assist with the organisation’s YouTube channel.
• Manage social media profiles.
• Support content and media-related business development activities.
