Eligibility Criteria
- Students in the 2nd–5th year of a 5-year LL.B. programme may apply.
- Students in the 2nd–3rd year of a 3-year LL.B. programme may apply.
- Candidates should demonstrate a genuine interest in dispute resolution and commercial laws.
- Strong legal research, drafting, and analytical skills will be preferred.
- Applicants should be committed, enthusiastic, and willing to learn.
Roles & Responsibilities
Arbitration & Dispute Resolution
- Assist in arbitration and dispute resolution matters.
- Conduct legal research relating to arbitration law and dispute management.
- Support case preparation and legal analysis.
Commercial Litigation
- Assist in handling commercial litigation matters.
- Prepare research notes, briefs, and case summaries.
- Analyse judicial precedents and legal developments.
Insolvency & Bankruptcy Law
- Conduct research on insolvency and bankruptcy matters.
- Assist with legal documentation and case preparation.
Consumer Law
- Support research and drafting relating to consumer disputes.
- Assist in analysing consumer protection laws and regulatory developments.
