Eligibility Criteria
- Final-year law students or recent law graduates.
- Genuine interest in litigation.
- Good legal research and drafting skills.
Roles & Responsibilities
- Assist with legal research and drafting writ petitions, original applications, replies, rejoinders, legal notices and other pleadings.
- Attend court proceedings and assist in live matters.
- Work on service-law matters involving Armed Forces Acts, Pension Regulations, CCS (CCA) Rules and allied legislation.
- Engage with matters involving arbitration, data protection, aviation law and sports law.
- Develop practical understanding of litigation strategy, court procedure, case preparation and file management.
