Eligibility Criteria
- 5-Year LL.B.: students in their 3rd to 5th year.
- 3-Year LL.B.: students in their 2nd to 3rd year.
- Strong research and drafting skills.
- Excellent command over English and Marathi.
- Attention to detail.
- Genuine interest in litigation.
Roles & Responsibilities
Litigation Support
Interns will gain hands-on exposure to criminal and civil litigation handled by the chamber.
Drafting
The internship includes legal drafting and the preparation of pleadings.
Legal Research
Interns will undertake legal research and case-law analysis in support of the chamber’s matters.
Case Preparation
The internship includes case preparation and attendance at court proceedings.
