About the Opportunity
AALCO is inviting interns to join its Secretariat during September 2026. Interns will primarily contribute to legal research and publications for AALCOβs Seventieth Anniversary and support other substantive work of the Secretariat.
The internship will provide practical exposure to legal research and publication work within an intergovernmental organisation.
Duration
Candidates should preferably be available for the full month of September 2026. Shorter periods may be considered depending on AALCOβs requirements.
Mode
The internship will be conducted in person.
Location
The internship will be based at the AALCO Secretariat in New Delhi.
Practice Areas
The internship involves public international law, legal research and publication work.
Eligibility Criteria
- Candidates studying or having recently graduated in Law or International Relations.
- Candidates who have completed at least three years of undergraduate study.
- Candidates who have studied public international law.
- Candidates with strong research, writing and editing skills.
- Candidates based in, or able to arrange accommodation in, New Delhi.

Legal Research
Interns will primarily contribute to legal research for AALCOβs Seventieth Anniversary and support other substantive work of the Secretariat.
Publications
