About the Opportunity
A. Mishra & Co. Law Offices is inviting applications from law students for its internship programme under the Dispute Resolution & Litigation Practice. The programme is open for the upcoming term, October 2026 – December 2026.
Selected interns are expected to assist the team before the Supreme Court of India, the High Court of Delhi, the National Company Law Tribunal (NCLT) and NCLAT, and the National Consumer Disputes Redressal Commission.
Duration
The internship will run from October 2026 to December 2026.
Mode
The internship will be conducted in physical, in-person and satellite modes.
Location
The internship will be based at the firm’s office in Sector 45, Noida.
Deadline
Applications must be submitted by September 28, 2026.
Eligibility Criteria
- Students currently enrolled in the 3rd to 5th year of a 5-year LL.B. programme or the 2nd or 3rd year of a 3-year LL.B. programme.
- A strong grip on procedural laws, including CPC and CrPC/BNSS, and other statutes such as the Companies Act, IBC and the Arbitration & Conciliation Act.
- Sound research skills using legal databases such as SCC Online and Manupatra.
- Punctual, detail-oriented candidates who are willing to work in an active court environment.
Roles & Responsibilities
- Conduct in-depth case law research, prepare proposition notes and assist with brief-building.
- Assist with initial drafts of pleadings, writ petitions and company applications.
- Prepare case files, convenience compilations and case-law trackers.
- Accompany counsels to court and tribunal hearings and physical arbitration proceedings.
