About the Opportunity

The Intern – Intake Engagement Operations, CoE supports after-hours incident intake, contract coordination and project activation. The position involves working with legal teams and DFIR leadership to escalate contract matters, maintain accurate information and support operational continuity during urgent incidents.

Working Hours

The listing specifies after-hours coverage from 9:30 PM to 9:30 AM EDT. During this coverage, Arete911 communications require a response within six minutes, while messages to the Arete Contracts inbox require a response within 30 minutes.

Remuneration

Salary and benefits will follow Arete’s salary and benefit policy.

Roles & Responsibilities

• Handle Arete911 emails and telephone communications from clients, carriers and counsel.
• Coordinate scoping calls with clients, counsel, carriers and the DFIR Tiger Team to establish the scope of an incident.
• Monitor the Arete Contracts inbox and coordinate delivery and receipt of engagement contracts.
• Create and activate projects in Kantata to support tracking, reporting and resource allocation.
• Support audit tasks for DFIR Tiger Teams, data accuracy and process integrity.
• Coordinate escalation of contract-related matters with legal teams and DFIR leadership.

Eligibility Criteria

• A bachelor’s degree is required.
• Project Management Professional or a comparable certification is preferred.
• Fluent written and spoken English, strong organisation and attention to detail.
• Ability to set priorities, work independently and communicate accurately across teams.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office, including Microsoft Teams.
• Experience using Kantata or customer relationship management systems is preferred.
