About the Opportunity
The Legal Intern will support legal, compliance and corporate governance activities within a technology and digital services company. The internship provides practical legal research and documentation experience, exposure to contracts and governance, and professional development through business projects.

Duration
The internship runs for six months.
Mode and Location
The opportunity offers remote or hybrid working arrangements associated with Cape Town, South Africa. Cape Town-based candidates are preferred.
Stipend
This is an unpaid, experience-based internship.

Eligibility Criteria
- Currently pursuing or recently completed an LL.B. degree.
- Detail-oriented, professional, organised and willing to learn.
- An interest in corporate law, commercial law, compliance or governance is advantageous.
Roles & Responsibilities
- Support legal research and prepare legal documents.
- Assist with reviewing contracts, agreements and policies.
- Help monitor compliance and governance requirements.
- Maintain legal records and documentation.
- Support legal risk assessments and research relevant legislation.
