Motherhood International Journal of Research & Innovation (MIJRI) is a multidisciplinary scholarly journal published by Motherhood University, Roorkee, Uttarakhand. It promotes research, innovation and knowledge exchange across disciplines, with an emphasis on academic integrity and independent editorial judgement.

About the Opportunity

MIJRI invites qualified academics, researchers and recognised subject specialists to apply for Editorial Board membership. The call seeks scholars who can contribute disciplinary expertise to the journal’s academic development, editorial quality and scholarly collaboration.

Eligibility Criteria

• Established academics, researchers and recognised subject specialists from India and abroad.
• A strong record of peer-reviewed publications, recognised institutional affiliation and demonstrable expertise in the relevant discipline.
• Experience in peer review, academic editing or scholarly publishing is desirable.
• Commitment to research integrity, publication ethics, confidentiality and impartiality.

Areas of Expertise

• Law and legal studies; constitutional and administrative law; international law and human rights.
• Criminal law and criminology; corporate and commercial law; intellectual property rights.
• Technology, artificial intelligence and digital law.
• Social sciences and humanities; management and commerce; education and economics.
• Interdisciplinary and emerging areas.

Roles & Responsibilities

• Assess manuscripts within the member’s field when assigned and recommend qualified, independent peer reviewers.
• Support fair and rigorous peer review, thematic issues, special issues and scholarly initiatives.
• Contribute to academic collaboration and journal outreach.
• Maintain manuscript confidentiality, exercise independent judgement, and declare and manage conflicts of interest.
• Follow MIJRI policies on publication ethics, research integrity and editorial independence.

Recognition and Fees

Selected applicants receive formal recognition of their appointment and a certificate or official recognition from MIJRI. There is no fee for applying for or serving on the Editorial Board.

Selection Process

Applications are assessed against academic credentials, disciplinary expertise, editorial requirements, institutional representation and MIJRI’s governance framework. Credentials are subject to verification. Applying does not constitute appointment; selected applicants receive formal communication from the Editorial Office.

Provide your current designation, institutional affiliation, principal areas of expertise, concise academic or research profile, and relevant editorial experience. Include your ORCID iD if available. The form currently requires Google sign-in.
