About the Opportunity

The Legal Litigation position involves managing disputes, coordinating with external counsel and supporting business teams through legal advice. The work covers consumer, intellectual property, property and recovery litigation, alongside contract management and customs-related matters.

Experience

8 to 14 years.

Eligibility Criteria

• Experience in consumer, IPR, property and recovery litigation, external-counsel coordination and case management.
• Experience in drafting, reviewing and negotiating contracts.
• Knowledge of customs laws and Directorate of Revenue Intelligence (DRI) investigations.
• Knowledge of laws and regulations relevant to manufacturing and sales matters.
• Fluency in English and the local language.
• Self-motivation, a flexible approach and willingness to take on additional responsibilities.
• Willingness to travel at short notice and relocate to any part of India.

Roles & Responsibilities

• Handle litigation involving consumer, intellectual property, property and recovery matters.
• Coordinate with external lawyers and manage cases, including management reporting and obtaining feedback from relevant business teams.
• Draft, review and negotiate contracts as part of contract management.
• Work on customs-related legal matters and DRI investigations.
• Provide day-to-day legal opinions and advice on manufacturing and sales-related issues.
